2026 Feb 22 Sunday 2-4 pm | Lama Linda on The Upside of Uncertainty

Lama Linda will join via Zoom for an open-ended, interactive workshop about how uncertainty manifests in our lives and how we can work with it in our practice both formally and informally. Feelings of uncertainty often give rise to discomfort and anxiety, yet uncertainty is the underlying nature of all our experience. Welcoming it is, in a sense, the very goal of the Buddhist path. All are invited to join us in person at Ekoji or on Zoom, and help shape the conversation. If time permits, we’ll do a short guided meditation on uncertainty, and Lama Linda will share an embodied technique for resting the mind in the midst of uncertain situations. As Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche famously observed, “Chaos should be regarded as extremely good news!”

Lama Linda will teach on Zoom, and Ekoji will also be open for those who would like to attend with the sangha in person. Attend by Zoom | directions & access
