Sunday, July 20 | 2 to 4 pm | on Zoom
We hear a lot about the four kayas (enlightened bodies) in Mahayana-Vajrayana Buddhism, but what are they? And what does it mean when our teachers tell us they are already present in our ordinary experience?
In this session we will explore the meaning of the four kayas through activities of body, speech and mind, with reference to descriptions of the kayas from Kagyu lineage teachers.
Lama Linda will teach on Zoom, and Ekoji will also be open for those who would like to attend with the sangha in person. Attend by Zoom | directions & access

Our teacher is Lama Chödron, also known as Lama Linda. Lama Linda’s formal practice in the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism began in 1980. She served as resident instructor at Kagyu Samten Chöling in New Hampshire from 2000-2007, and completed the traditional three-year retreat at PTC in 2011. At PTC, she has served on the teaching staff and as an assistant in the three-year retreat. Besides PST, she teaches at other centers, including Palpung Drupchu Chodzong, in Washington, DC.
A suggested donation of $20 or whatever you can pay will help cover PST future activities and an honorarium to the Lama. You can contribute online using the “donate” button on this website (sidebar / mobile scroll down). No one will be turned away for a lack of funds.
Thank you for your generosity!
