10:00 am: Meet at PDC for visit to Tibetan Buddhist Shrine Room at the National Museum of Asian Art (or meet us at the museum – we should get there around 10:20-30)

Lama Zangmo completed three consecutive three-year retreats at Palpung Thubten Choling in upstate New York and is a member of the monastic community there. They are currently pursuing a masters degree in Buddhist philosophy and meditation at Tergar Institute in Kathmandu, Nepal, with an emphasis on education methodology and group facilitation.
